Our Baci always gets rave reviews. A great cake for any event. Very popular for weddings.

The cake consists of two layers of fresh cream chocolate mousse with a centre layer of roasted hazelnut nougat. We roast our hazelnuts then grind them down to paste, add chocolate and then whipped fresh cream.

The cake is covered in smooth dark chocolate ganache with roasted slithered almonds up the sides and whole roast hazelnuts on each rossette.

This cake comes in all sizes and shapes. Many different items can be added.
