Croquembouche

Toffee or chocolate dipped puffs filled with custard with whipped fresh cream folded trough then stacked into a tower. Traditionally a french wedding cake but these days they are used for any occasion. Our croquembouches comes in 3 sizes. 45 puffs, 65 puffs and 100. Loose puffs can be bought for $2.00 each and kept in the kitchen to make up the serves. We recommend 1 puff per person for cocktail finger food or a min of 2 per person for a sit down formal funciton.
